At LMJ Sports Coaching, we provide comprehensive PE programs tailored to meet the specific curriculum requirements of each school. Our focus is on skill development, teamwork, and building resilience in children, ensuring they gain essential life skills through sport. We provide qualified coaches to deliver the required provision and offer cover for any sickness or absence of regular coaches. For administrative support, we use ClassForKids, an industry-leading software that allows parents to easily browse and pay for classes in just three clicks. We assess our coaches once per full term and hold termly review meetings with the Headteacher or PE coordinator to ensure the highest quality service. Additionally, we provide assessments of children’s progress with a report every full term, offer structured PE plans, and support schools with their Sports Day events. We also hold termly assemblies to celebrate achievements and motivate children to continue their active journeys.
